Car Rentals
To make getting around on your vacation simple, we can organise a car rental for you from one of our preferred suppliers. We will also advise where appropriate if it isn't sensible to hire a car. You'll be offered a choice of vehicles at different prices so that you can accommodate the number of people you need to transport and your budget, and then we'll do the rest. Of course we can also arrange for other vehicles from dune buggies in Barbados to a Hummer to cruise around Florida. We will try to accommodate all requests.
Airport Transfers
To make your journey smooth and seamless, we can arrange Airport Transfers for you. All you need to do is let us know the details of your arrival flights i.e. day and date, arrival airport, time of expected arrival and we will do the rest. We'll need the details in reverse to organise your airport transport for departure.
Pre-arrival Grocery Shopping
Top Villas Concierge Service is happy to arrange groceries at your villa to welcome you. If you would like this service, we can offer you a selection of grocery packs or you can request a more personal grocery pack with bespoke items.
Meet and Greet Welcome Tour
Although every resort is different, our concierge service will make sure that the Meet and Greet team at your resort has all of your arrival details so that they can meet you on arrival at your villa. The Meet and Greet team will show you around the villa and ensure you have all the details you need about the property and the resort, including important contact numbers.
Private Chef / Catering
If you need catering for any special event during your stay, Top Villas Concierge Service can organise this for you. Or if you need a private chef for an event or as an on-going service whilst you are there, this is something we'd be happy to arrange for you. Our team of chefs and catering staff are all known to us.
Housekeeping
Our concierge team can arrange daily housekeeping for all of our villas. If you don't require cleaning everyday, then just speak to our concierge and tell them the days you wish our housekeeping staff to visit the villa. We offer a full cleaning service with a full change of all linens and full clean of the villa. Alternatively, we also offer a hotel cleaning service, this includes making the beds, cleaning bathrooms and a general tidy up of the bedrooms.
Spa Treatments
There's nothing like a bit of pampering! If you'd like to be pampered in your own "home from home" luxury villa whilst on holiday, just let our concierge know. We will arrange it for you.
Or alternatively if you prefer, we will book you treatments at a nearby Spa Centre.
Special Events
Last but not least, Top Villas Concierge Service can organise any special events that you have in mind during your stay, no matter how big or small. So if you are planning a birthday party, a family reunion or even a wedding, just let us know and we will liaise with you and take the strain out of the planning.
